Winona L. Rotramel's Obituary
Winona L. Rotramel, 92 of Effingham, passed away at 7:16 a.m., Thursday, July 31, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Arborcrest Memorial Park in Effingham. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Effingham American Legion Post #120.
Winona was born August 27, 1921 in Forrest, the daughter of Raymond N. and Evaughn (Nail) Slater. She married Marion L. "Buck" Rotramel, Jr. in 1949 and he survives. Winona was a member of the Hospital Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Winona is survived by her husband; children, Linda Rotramel of Effingham, Rae (Leonard) Pryczynski of San Tan Valley, AZ, Douglas Rotramel of Merced, CA and Cathy Mathias of Decatur; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.
