Vicki was born March 21, 1953 to Byron Robison and Ruby (Ballinger) Tabor. She graduated from Effingham High School. Vicki and her former spouse, John Pals, had two daughters together. She operated a house cleaning business called "The Dirt Sisters" with her sister for many years.
