Toni L. Phillips, 75, passed away at 2:51 a.m. Thursday, April 21, 2016 at her home in Effingham.

Per Toni's request, there will be no visitation or services held. Memorials may be made on behalf of the Phillips family and may be sent to Bauer Funeral Home, 1212 West Evergreen Ave, Effingham, Illinois 62401.

Toni was born September 27, 1940 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the daughter of Chesleigh L. and Maxine (Cook) Eaton.

Toni is survived by her two daughters, Angela (Keith) Braasch of Altamont and Alesia Johnson of Effingham; grandchildren,
Tessa (Josh) Schlanser, Hali Griffith, Jeht Wendt, Cinnae Martin, Drennian Martin, and Alec Braasch; brother, Lynn Eaton of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Joan Norris of Destin, FL, and Leslie Guttenberg of Aldie, VA.

Toni had 11 great grandchildren, Gaige, Gavyn and Gieah Schlanser. Drayven, Morrison, and Lillyann MacKenzie. Deklynne Griffith. James and Jace Wendt. Cali Randolph and Elle Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Mitchell Leigh, Sisters, Adrienne Smith, and Sandra Sanders.
