Tanner Michael Flach, 20, of Montrose passed away at 10:18 a.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2011 in Metcalf, Illinois.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 8, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in St. Rose Cemetery, Montrose. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 7, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with a 6:30 p.m. parish wake service. Tanner was born January 31, 1991 in Mattoon, the son of Chris and Lori (Draves) Flach. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Montrose and a graduate of Dieterich High School. Tanner was a fun-loving young man who always had a smile on his face. He never failed to entertain those around him while sharing his infectious love for life. His goofy laugh and funny one-liners always brought a smile to everyone around him. Tanner enjoyed spending time with friends and family riding four wheelers, hunting and fishing. He was a best friend to many and truly one of a kind. He will be missed as a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.
He is survived by his parents of Montrose; two brothers, Austin and Dalton, both of Montrose; Grandparents, Tim and Mary Lou Flach of Montrose and Marilyn Draves of Dieterich; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Tanner was preceded in death by his grandpa, Glenn Draves.
