Suzanne P. Weber

Aug 23, 1940 — May 21, 2026

Teutopolis, Illinois

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Suzanne Weber, 85, of Teutopolis, Illinois.

Suzanne was born on August 23, 1940, to Roger and Alberta Niemeyer Weber, and departed this life on May 21, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Alberta Niemeyer Weber. Suzanne is survived by her sister, Joyce Pulsfort, and brother-in-law Larry Pulsfort; her brother, Tom Weber; nephews Steve and David Pulsfort and their families; three great-nieces, Vivian, Selma, and Sydney Pulsfort; and great-nephew Jack Pulsfort.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Neoga Senior Living Center and St. Anthony’s Hospice for the compassion, care, and kindness bestowed upon Suzanne during her stay. We would also like to sincerely thank SPS and their dedicated caregivers who all played an important role in caring for Suzanne.

Last, and certainly not least, a very special thank you goes to Jennifer Elserag, who faithfully remained by Suzanne’s side as her primary SPS caregiver for the past seven years, taking great pride in the quality of care, love, and companionship she provided.

Suzanne dedicated many years of hard work and commitment to the family business, Weber Brothers in Teutopolis, Illinois, before taking an early retirement to lovingly care for her ill mother, Alberta.

Suzanne enjoyed heartfelt conversations with friends and family. She loved to travel, adored music, and was a devoted Elvis Presley fan. She also loved basketball and attending local T-Town games, and she was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Suzanne found great joy in all of these things. She had a vibrant spirit and a genuine love for people and for life itself.

Suzanne treasured her family deeply, and her great-nieces and great-nephew held a very special place in her heart, bringing immense joy to her life. She will always be remembered for her warmth, generosity, loyalty, and the way she made others feel loved, valued, and welcome.

In honoring Suzanne’s wishes, she was cremated and a private graveside service was held on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at the columbarium at St. Francis Cemetery in Teutopolis.

Suzanne would not want those she loved to mourn her passing, for she believed she had gone to a far better place. Instead, she would want everyone to celebrate the life she lived and the memories shared during her time here. Laugh about the good old days, cherish every moment, and never take a single day for granted, because each day is a gift from God.

Suzanne leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, grace, and joyful memories that time can never erase.
