Steven G. Ruesken, 62, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at his home in Effingham.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, January 12, 2024 at St. Francis Cemetery in Teutopolis.

Steve was born September 30, 1961 in Springfield, the son of Harold and Elizabeth (Hunstone) Ruesken. He married Rita Soltwedel in 1993 and she survives.

Steve is also survived by his son, Kollin; brother, Paul (Linda); sisters, Ann Ruesken, Donna (John) Loy, and Sharon (Bill) Feldhake.

He was preceded in death by his parents and infant son, Kory.
