Russell D. Guilliams, 79 of Effingham, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Russell was born November 20, 1942 in Fulton County, Illinois, the son of John R. and Pansy P. (Bankes) Guilliams. He married Nancy L. Yates on September 2, 1962 and was a draftsman at Fedders Corp. for many years. Russell enjoyed woodworking, bowling, collecting knives and was an avid fisherman.

Russell is survived by his wife, Nancy of Effingham; daughter, Cristy (Kenny) Irwin of Edmund, OK and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Venetta Taylor, Clarence C. Guilliams and "Junior" Guilliams.
