Rozella Sapp, 73 of Effingham, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 29, 2022 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in Griffith Cemetery in Brownstown. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to the time of service, Monday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.

Rozella was born February 8, 1949 in Noblesville, Indiana, the daughter of Troy and Martha Spaur. She married Stewart K. Sapp on December 2, 1966 and he preceded her in death in 2008. Rozella worked as an office manager for many years at RTA Systems in Effingham.

Rozella is survived by her sons, Brandy of Murfreesboro, TN and Ryan (Renee) of Vandalia; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Paul Spaur, Thomas Spaur and Janet Podstupka.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and infant brother, Phillip.
