Rose W. Hawickhorst's Obituary
Rose W. Hawickhorst, 91 of Teutopolis, passed away at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 2, 2012 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to time of service, Friday morning at the funeral home in Effingham. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Rose was born January 21, 1921, the daughter of Rudolph and Theresa (Heuerman) Dust. She married Wilbert A. Hawickhorst on June 11, 1941 in Effingham and he preceded her in death in 1998.
Rose is survived by two sons, Phillip (Terry) Hawickhorst of Greenup and James Hawickhorst of Teutopolis; two granddaughters, Beth of Lisle and Becky of Buford, SC.
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one daughter, Jean Brown.
