Roger A. Morrison, 67 of Effingham, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023 at Newton Care Center in Newton.
No public services will be held.
Roger was born November 20, 1955 in Shelbyville, the son of Cecil and Helen (Tarrant) Morrison. He married Claudia A. Price and she resides in Effingham. Roger is also survived by his mother, Helen Bly of Shelbyville; sisters, Connie Welton of Shelbyville and Brenda Lohman of Mason; brother, Tim Morrison of Beecher City.
