Richard A. Sparr, 55, died Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at his home in Stewardson.
No services will be held.
Richard was born September 1, 1964 in Effingham, the son of the late Robert E. and Ethel M. (Summerton) Sparr. He is survived by his brother, Rob of Stewardson; sister, Sandra (Steve) Aderman of Bates City, MO and an aunt, Rayleen Beals.
