Raymond L. Shaw, 63, passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at his home in Beecher City.

Military rites will be accorded by the Effingham American Legion Post #120 at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 14, 2022 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with a memorial visitation to follow until 4:00 p.m.

Raymond was born December 2, 1958 in Mattoon, the son of Bobby and Deloris (Groves) Shaw. He served with the United States Marines from 1977 to 1981 and in 1992, he married Theresa L. Campton.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Theresa of Beecher City; daughter, Meranda (significant other, Mitch) of Effingham; son, Ryan (significant other, Zayda) of Aledo; brother, Marvin of Effingham; grandchildren, Novalee, River, Nadine and Banks.
