Phillip Joseph Niemerg was born and immediately taken to heaven at 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Champaign.  Phillip Joseph is the son of Garrett and Amanda (Quick) Niemerg of Tuscola, IL.

He is survived by his parents, brother Miles Thomas, grandparents Thomas and Donna Quick of Macomb, IL, Pat and Donna Niemerg of Teutopolis, IL, aunts and uncles, KatieMyers, Jason and Mackenzie Quick all of Macomb, IL and Collin and Natalie Niemerg of Effingham, IL.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Teutopolis.
