Paul T. McDaniels, 73 of Effingham, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.

Private family services will be held with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. A memorial mass will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Effingham or to the Parkinson's Foundation.

Paul was born May 14, 1947 in Los Angeles, California, the son of the late Frank and Peggy (Willis) McDaniels. He married JoAnn Schuetz in 1983 and was the Director of the Engineering Department at World Color Press in Effingham. He enjoyed electronics and woodworking.

Paul is survived by his wife, JoAnn; children, Aaron, Darren and Christy; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Dennis Schuetz; sister-in-law, Bonnie (Steve) Kruse and special family member, Glen Willis.
