Patricia Ann Weber, 66, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015 at her home in Teutopolis.

Private family services will be held, with entombment in the St. Francis Columbarium at a later date.


Patricia was born May 22, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of William P. and Lona (Stacey) Jones. She married Richard Allan Weber on October 7, 1978 and he survives. Patricia attended Reading Community Schools and furthered her education by receiving her Bachelor's degree from University of Cincinnati and her Masters degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She was a registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, specializing in diabetes care and chronic kidney disease. Patricia later retired from the Veterans Administration Hospital. Her greatest hobbies included genealogy and her devotion to and caring for family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Richard of Teutopolis; their children, Stacia (Dan) Rock, Charles Weber, and her grandson, Oliver Rock, all of Chicago; two sisters, Dottie (Ken) Konrad and Mary (Jan) Rife; five brothers, Trevor (Kathryn) Jones, Durell (Betty) Jones, Henry Jones, Earnest (Jean) Jones, and Kelly (Geneva) Jones; as well as scores of nieces and nephews and her dearly loved Weber family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Dora (Arthur) Bluhm and brother, Charles (Faye) Jones.
