Norma Marie Houser, 66 of Teutopolis, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025 at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Norma was born April 21, 1959 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Charles and Norma (Vargas) Banning. She is survived by her husband, James W. "Jim" Houser; sons, Brandon and Joe; and grandchildren, Sebastian, Hendrix, and Lenin.
Norma was preceded in death by her son, Kyle J. Houser.
