Myrna A. Haskenherm, 78, passed away Saturday evening, August 14, 2021 at her home in Teutopolis.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday evening at the church. Memorial donations may be given to HSHS Hospice or Meals on Wheels.

Myrna was born September 3, 1942 in Effingham County, the daughter of Arthur and Dahlia (Gaddey) Brown. She married Robert H. "Shucker" Haskenherm on September 22, 1962 and he preceded her in death in 2020.

Myrna is survived by her son, Steve (Karen) of Teutopolis; grandchildren, Brian (Tarah) Haskenherm of Effingham, Jordan (Katie) Haskenherm of Effingham and Christie (Brent) Kirchhofer of Shumway; great-grandchildren, Elena Kirchhofer, Adriana Kirchhofer and Max Haskenherm; siblings, Donna (Dan) Overbeck, Alan (Sandy) Brown, Gary (Kim) Brown, Larry Brown and Harold (Jane) Brown; sister-in-law, Jane Brown.

Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Melvin Brown.
