Molly Aunna Stephens, infant, passed away at 10:16 a.m. Sunday, April 12, 2015 at H.S.H.S. St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Effingham with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to time of service, Saturday morning in the St. Anthony Parish Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rett Syndrome and may be received during service time at the Parish Center. Molly was born February 23, 2015 in Shelbyville, Indiana. She is survived by her parents, Rachael Stephens and Anthony Henkelman; brother, Russell; grandmother, Lisa Kingery; grandparents, Tim and Julie Stephens and Joe and Monica Henkelman; great-grandparents, Bill and Carol Stephens, Mary Jane and Dick Day, Linda and Charles Murray; several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Molly was preceded in death by her great uncle, Rick Ogolini and great-grandfather, Charles Stroud.
