Mary Ann Tegeler, 88 of Montrose, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Evergreen Nursing and Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in St. Francis Cemetery.

Mary Ann was born November 3, 1933 in Effingham County, the daughter of Frank W. and Emma M. (Hoene) Waldhoff.

She is survived by her husband, Martin of Montrose; sons, John of Montrose and Tony of West Sacramento , CA and brother, Robert (Linda) Waldhoff of Teutopolis.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter, Ann; brothers, Louis and Frank Waldhoff and sister, Jane Waldhoff.
