Mary Louise (Constantine) Jenson, 75 of Effingham, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Effingham with burial in Oakridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham. Memorial donations may be given to Sacred Heart School.

Mary Lou was born October 12, 1946 in Temple, Texas, the daughter of Paul and Mary Louise (Wilson) Constantine, but spent her first 23 years in New Albany, Indiana. She married Blair H. Jenson on January 17, 1970.  She was a devout Catholic and enjoyed spreading love to everyone in her life.

Mary Lou is survived by her husband, Blair of Effingham; son, Jeffrey (Michele) of Effingham; four grandchildren, Chloe, Joshua, Tyler and Oliver; brother, Paul (Margie) Constantine and sister Ann (Art) Caufield, both of New Albany, IN.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents.
