Lucille May Lawrence, 88, of Effingham went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 6, 2017.

Lucille was born May 1, 1929 to parents; Leroy Benjamin Fox and Mary Elizabeth Ingram Fox. She married Noble Dean Lawrence in March of 1951, who preceded her in death in 1987.

Lucille was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her four children and their spouses: Vicki (Milt)Takahashi, Dennis (Cindy) Lawrence, Julie (Robert) Riehm, and Tom (Lisa) Lawrence.

Also 9 grandchildren: Dave and Jon Takahashi, Andy and Chris Lawrence, Jessica Frederick, Rachel Smith, Timothy Riehm, Abigail Hicks, Jody Romero and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the 1st Baptist Church of Effingham, 11:00am Thursday, October 12, 2017 with a one hour visitation prior to the service.

Visitation will be at the Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham from 4-7:00pm Wednesday October 11, 2017. The internment will be at Neoga Memorial Cemetery.
