Lucas John Schuette's Obituary
Lucas John Schuette, four months, passed away at 4:52 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013 at Children's Hospital in St. Louis.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Effingham with burial in Oakridge Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church. The family has requested that memorials be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital.
Lucas was born on May 29, 2013 in Effingham, the son of Nicholas Schuette and Christine Smith. He is survived by his parents of Effingham; sister, Madie; brother, Max; grandparents, Ron and Pam Esker of Teutopolis and Chuck and Jan Schuette of Effingham; great-grandmother, Velma Grady of Effingham; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
