Ladeana Kenter, 67 of North Port, Florida, formerly of Effingham, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida.

Ladeana touched a lot of lives, but the family has requested that the services remain for the family; thank you for your understanding in this difficult time. Memorial donations may be given to Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute at www.moffitt.org .

Ladeana was born March 13, 1957, in Effingham, the daughter of Donald and Patricia (Bailey) Miller. She married John H. Kenter on February 14, 1976. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting, traveling, pickleball, visiting the beach, and spending time with family.

Ladeana is survived by her husband, John of North Port, FL; daughters, Nikki (Tan) Kaleemullah of Pearland, TX, and Sarah (Warren) Lilly of Charleston; sons, Johnny of Effingham and Jacob of Jersey City, NJ; and sister, Ladonna Miller of Dieterich; grandchildren, Taylor Kenter, Tyler Lilly, Tylin Miller, Xavier Lilly, Nymeria Lilly, Xavier Kaleemullah, Eniya Kaleemullah, Minnah Kaleemullah; and her beloved boxer Bella.

Ladeana was preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter, Jennifer Dawn Kenter.
