Kelly Ray Shirley's Obituary
Kelly Ray Shirley, 53 of Effingham, passed away Thursday morning, August 13, 2015 at H.S.H.S. St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with visitation being held from 4:00 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Kelly was born July 19, 1962 in Effingham, the son of Clifford and Frankie (Fitzgerald) Shirley. For the past ten years, Kelly has been employed at the Petro Truck Stop as a clerk.
Kelly is survived by his son, Joshua of Mattoon; mother, Frankie Shirley of Effingham; sister, Gail (Robert) Leturno of Effingham; two brothers, George (Kathy) Shirley of Dieterich and Dale Shirley of Altamont. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Twila Brown.
