Kaylee N. Jacob's Obituary
Kaylee Nicole Jacob, 16 of Effingham, passed away at 6:52 p.m. Sunday, October 18, 2015 at H.S.H.S. St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 23, 2015 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in Oakridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Kaylee was born April 13, 1999 in Mattoon, the daughter of Steve and Crystal (Hale) Jacob. She was currently in her junior year at Effingham High School.
Kaylee is survived by her mother, Crystal Gonzalez of Mattoon; father, Steve (Mary) Jacob of Effingham; siblings, Shawn Stafford, Austin Jacob, Bianca Gonzalez, Zachary Gonzalez and Andrew Foote; grandparents, Dixie Hale and Dennis and Linda Jacob; uncles, Jeff Hachenburg, Brian Hale, Dennis Jacob and Michael Jacob; aunts, Tammy Frost, Carrie Robertson, Laura Jacob and Barbara Hale.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Joyce Jacob and grandfather, John Hale.
