Mary K. "Kathy" Conner, 70 of Effingham, passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Odd Fellow Rebekah Home in Mattoon.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with visitation from 4:00 p.m. to time of service. Burial will held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Oakridge Cemetery in Effingham. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to her family to help with final expenses.

Kathy was born March 10, 1951 in Vandalia, the daughter of Raymond and Gertrude (Marion) White. She married Larry L. Conner on April 25, 1970. Kathy was a homemaker and a member of New Horizons Church in St. Elmo.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Larry of Effingham; son, Mike Conner (Jill McAlister) of Scott City, Missouri; grandchildren, Camden and Kalen Conner; brother, Dennis (Diann) White of Breese; sister, Olivia "Jeanie" Evans of Effingham as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Kevin D. Conner and brother, Ray White.
