Kathryn D. Price, 91 of Mattoon, passed away at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Odd Fellow - Rebekah Home in Mattoon.

Kathryn was born November 27, 1924 in Adrian, Georgia, the daughter of Charlie A. and Anna Mae (Willis) Drake. She married William F. Butts on August 23, 1945 and he preceded her in death in 1991. Kathryn then married John C. Price, Jr.. on October 19, 1996 and he preceded her in death in 2008.
Kathryn is survived by her son, William D. (Barb) Butts of Mattoon; three daughters, Patricia (Ed) Cahill of Arlington Heights, Pamela (Mike) Davis of Charleston and Paula Stone of Mattoon; brother, Charles (Jackie) Drake of Swainsboro, Georgia; nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands.
