Justin T. Burk, 47 of Mason, passed away Friday morning, October 24, 2014 at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to time of services, Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to the donor's choice. www.bauerfh.com
Justin was born July 11, 1967 in Robinson, the son of Ray W. and Anna M. (Clouse) Burk. He was currently attending Harvest United Methodist Church in Edgewood.
Justin is survived by his mother, Anna of Effingham; brothers, Johnny (Margaret) of Rocky Face, GA, Joe of Effingham and Jack of Lone Jack, MO; sisters, Barbara (Lonnie) Mayhew of Ramsey and Nancy (Jim) Reed of Belleville; special friend, Amanda of Mason; many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Justin was preceded in death by his father, Ray.
