Josephine C Engelmann's Obituary
Josephine C. Engelmann, 93, of Effingham, passed away at 5:40 a.m., Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2011 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Newton. Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. until time of service, Saturday morning in the St. Claire Hall at the St. Francis Catholic Church in Teutopolis. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Josephine was born February 13, 1918 in Teutopolis, the daughter of Henry and Caroline (Overbeck) Engelmann. She was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church.
Josephine is survived by five nephews, Vince, Ben and Bob Heuerman & Tim and Virgil Woodard; three nieces, Carolyn Ruff, Teresa Aldrich & Jeanne Woodard.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Engelmann; two sisters, Laura Heuerman & Clara Woodard; niece, Wanda Marsh.
