John Yanok's Obituary
John "Johnny" Yanok, 84, passed away at 6:32 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015 at his home in Edgewood.
Johnny was born June 14, 1931 in Throop, Pennsylvania, the son of George and Mary (Fekete) Yanok, who immigrated from Czechoslovakia. He married Juanita L. Hutson on July 1, 1958 and she survives. Johnny served with the United States Army in Germany during the Korean Conflict and later became a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed his blueberry farm, watching golf and going to the casino.
Johnny is survived by his wife, Juanita of Edgewood; brother, Steve (Jane) Yanok of Boca Raton, Florida and several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, George.
Per Johnny's wishes, no services will be held.
