Jerome "Jerry" Charles Hotze, 73, of Teutopolis, passed away at 12:42 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2012 at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, march 19, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the church. There will be a 7:00 p.m. parish prayer service along with a combined Knights of Columbus/ Holy name Society rosary Sunday evening at the church. Memorials may be made to the School Sisters of Notre Dame or to the donor's choice. Bauer Funeral Home in Teutopolis is assisting the family with arrangements.
