Jeremy Michael Bertiaux, 43 of Effingham, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at HSHS St. Anthonys Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Jeremy was born February 28, 1978 in Streator, the son of Larry and Denise (Simpson) Bertiaux. He married Deborah K. McCracken on April 16, 2019.
Jeremy is survived by his wife, Deborah of Effingham; daughter, Alayna Bertiaux of St. Elmo; mother, Denise Stokes of St. Elmo and sister, Hope Campbell of Brownstown.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Joseph.
No formal services will be held.
