Jeanne E. Balcer's Obituary
Jeanne E. Balcer, 84 of Effingham, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
A memorial visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham.
Jeanne was born September 13, 1938 in Luverne, Minnesota, the daughter of William and Nellie (Goodness) Welch. She married Roger L. Balcer and he preceded her in death on December 22, 2022.
Jeanne is survived by her sons, Steve of Effingham and Scott of Sikeston, MO; grandchildren, Brandon, Wyatt, Drew, and Garrett.
