Jan Denise Prewitt, 65 of Effingham, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
October 18, 1958 in Seymour, Indiana, the daughter of William M. "Bill" and Janet K. (Lockman) Prewitt.
Jan is survived by her brother, Mark of Effingham; sister-in-law, Robin Schaefer-Prewitt of Beecher City; and many nieces and nephews.
Jan was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Scott and Matthew.
No public services will be held at this time.
