Jerry was born January 3, 1926 in Chicago Heights, the daughter of Leander and Mary (Meyer) Tays. She married Lawrence "Peeny" Overbeck on June 5, 1946 and they shared many memorable years together. He preceded her in death on February 19, 2007.
Jerry found great joy playing dominos with her friends, golf cart rides with her beloved dog, Tiny, dancing on the weekends with her husband in their younger years. She will be sadly missed by all.
