Garry Richard Stoldt, 74 of Teutopolis, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Pana Community Hospital in Pana.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial following in St. Francis Cemetery, Teutopolis. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to time of service, Tuesday at the funeral home.

Garry was born July 18, 1945 in Effingham, the son of Erwin and Regina (Laux) Stoldt. He was married to Sharon Tegenkamp and they later divorced. In his free time, he enjoyed listening to Nascar. Garry spent most of his adult life as a truck driver. He drove for many businesses in the Teutopolis and Effingham area and later retired from Heuerman Brothers Trucking in Effingham.

Garry is survived by his sons, Rick of Effingham and Steve of Altamont; granddaughter, Brynttlee; brother, Ron Stoldt and sister, Linda Koester, both of Effingham.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brentt, who passed away in 2012.
