Elnora F. Carroll, 85 of Effingham, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Evergreen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Effingham.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 10:30 am Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial to follow in Rentfro Cemetery, Shumway.

Elnora was born March 3, 1938 in Effingham County, the daughter of Walter and Edna (Ullrich) Carroll. She is survived by her brother, David (Judith) Carroll of Beecher City, and sisters, Doris of Effingham and Carolyn of Houston, Arkansas.
