Elizabeth J. "Liz" Stork, 54 of Effingham, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2020 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Effingham with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. We ask that everyone please wear a mask for services and follow all social distancing guidelines. Memorial donations may be given to Sacred Heart Church or Community Support Systems. Liz was born June 8, 1966 in Effingham, the daughter of Clinton Leroy and Nancy Ann (Lancaster) Stork.

Liz is survived by her sisters, Theresa (Leon) Hillyer of Effingham, Carol Emmerich of Glen Carbon, Kathey Durbin of Effingham and Sharon (Mark) Jaske of Cape Coral, FL; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Julie Hurst and Sheri Barnett.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Steven, Joseph, and James; brothers-in-law, Marty Petersen and Troy Durbin.
