Edward D. Kollman's Obituary
Edward D. Kollman, 71, of Altamont, passed away at 11:53 p.m., Friday, April 20, 2012 at Gowin Parc in Mattoon.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to memorial service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Alzheimer's Research or to the donor's choice. www.bauerfh.com
Edward was born May 9, 1940 in Altamont, the son of Arthur and Marjorie (Albright) Kollman.
He is survived by two daughters, Tammy (Richard) Kelly of Altamont and Lisa (John) Cress of Strasburg; two brothers, Andrew (Kathy) Kollman of Willard, OH and James Kollman of Watson; five sisters, Margaret (Leverett) Doeheing of Villa Ridge, MO, Patricia (Delbert) Husher of Altamont, Rosemary (Leonard) Beals of Pekin, Sylvia Renner of Altamont and Debra Followell of Greenup; six grandchildren, Rebecca, Bryce, Elizabeth and Ethan Kelly, Andrew and Megan Cress.
Edward is preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Lori Ann; one sister, Priscilla Dueker.
