Dorothy L. Niebrugge's Obituary
Dorothy L. Niebrugge, 77 of Effingham, passed away Monday evening, February 23, 2015 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in St. Anthony Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to time of service, Thursday morning at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice. Online condolences may be left at www.bauerfh.com
Dorothy was born May 25, 1937 in Ingraham, the daughter of Charles and Nina Mae (Birch) Fulk. She married Arthur Niebrugge and he preceded her in death in 1985. Dorothy was a relief operator at Fedders Corporation for over 25 years. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Effingham and the Effingham V.F.W. Auxiliary.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Kenneth of Effingham; brother, Leon (Margie) Fulk of Effingham; two sisters, Rosie (Larry) Homann of Shumway and Carolyn (Lloyd) Levitt of Effingham; granddaughter, Kender (Lance) Johnson of Watson and great-granddaughter, Azalea.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Joe and sister, Letha Robinson.
