Delbert B. Haskenherm, 82, of Teutopolis, passed away at 2:05 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2012 at St. Anthony Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery. Visitation will held Sunday, July 1, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the church, with a 6:30 p.m. parish wake service. Memorials may be made to Donor's Choice. Bauer Funeral Home, Teutopolis is assisting the family with the arraingements. www.bauerfh.com
Delbert was born January 19, 1930 in Teutopolis, the son of John and Carrie (Deters) Haskenherm. He married Eileen M.(Worman) on April 28, 1956 and she survives.
Delbert was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis, and St. Francis Holy Name Society. He was a retired farmer.
Delbert is survived by his wife, Eileen of Teutopolis; 3 sisters-in-law: Anna Lee Koelsch of Teutopolis; Esther Worman and Teresa Worman both of Dieterich. Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; 4 brothers-in-law: Art (wife Shirley) Worman; Herb Worman; Clarence Worman and Ray Koelsch
