Debra E. "Debbie" Overbeck, 66, passed away July 3, 2024 at her home in Dieterich with her husband and daughters by her side.

Debbie was born December 16, 1957, the daughter of Darrell and Mary (Ping) Neal.  She was an avid reader and lover of music.  You would often find her cooking for her family in the kitchen, singing along to her favorite songs.  Debbie had a wild sense of humor and sent her family memes daily to make them laugh.  She loved her cats, Sassy and Star, who comforted her in her final days.

She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Overbeck; her children, Jennifer Lewis, Amber (Joshua) Boldt, Shelley Scott, and Jasmine Watson; her grandchildren, Kalin (Natalie) Boldt, Koby Lorton, Trinity Lewis, Devon Quance, Chloe Blankinship, Alexis Boldt, Brayden Watson, Luna Boston, Maliek Watson, and Myla Watson; mother, Mary Hutton; as well as her ex-husband and friend, Jeffrey (Terri) Scott.

She was preceded in death by her father, Darrell; her son, Thomas J. Overbeck; her grandparents, Helen and Ralph Neal, Helen and Wilber Ping; step-father, Jerry Hutton; and life-long friend Dana Beccue.
