David A. Parrott, 56 of Effingham, passed away July 19, 2017 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
David was born August 8, 1960 in Decatur, Georgia, the son of late, Arthur and Evelyn (Kripli) Parrott. He is survived by his brother, Greg Parrott; sister, Susan Parrott and niece, Katie, all of Effingham.
No services will be held.
