David E. McAdoo, age 34, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 26, 2023 at his home in Effingham.

David was born December 19, 1988 in Waukegan, the son of Charles McAdoo and Debra (Perkey) Hudgins. He kept to himself but was always there if you needed him. David enjoyed reading books and playing video games. He was a big person with a big heart and will be greatly missed.

David is survived by his mother; brothers, Jason (Liz) Johns and Eric (Tina) Johns; sisters, Sarah McAdoo and Mackenzie McAdoo; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.
