Daniel J. Bushur

Danny Bushur passed away on April 27, 2026, at the hospital following an automobile accident. His passing is deeply felt by his family.

Danny was the son of his late mother, Charlene Bushur, and Rich Bushur, and was raised in a close-knit family in Effingham County, Illinois. He was raised in the Catholic faith and had a natural curiosity, always interested in learning new things. He found simple joy in caring for his chickens and had an appreciation for his love of horses.

He is survived by his children, Ashley (Mitch) and Cody (Dakota); his grandchildren, Sophia, Grayson, and Richard; his father, Rich; his siblings, Donna (Steve), Diane (Rob), Cindy (Dan), Lisa, Lynn (Kory), Vickie, Glen (Mandi), and Gail (Trevor); and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Charlene; his brother Doug; and his nephew Wyatt.

A private memorial service will be held with immediate family.
