Constance A. Austin, 64, passed away at 10:16 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2015 at her home in Effingham.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 7, 2015 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with visitation being held for one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice. Online condolences may be left at www.bauerfh.com.
Constance was born April 2, 1951 in Effingham, the daughter of Clarence and Jesselyn (Coker) Lueken. She was a CNA at Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Effingham for 12 years.
She is survived by her son, Brad of Watson; sister, Debbie (Kevin) Eichelberger of Taylorville; brother, Rick Leuken of Watson and two grandchildren, Brad Jr. and Hayley, both of Watson. Constance was preceded in death by her parents.
