Cindy D. Will, 68, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023 at her home in Effingham, surrounded by her family.

Private family services will be held with burial in Arborcrest Memorial Park.

She is survived by her daughters, Valerie (Chris) DeWeese and Glynnis (Darren) Leftwich, both of Effingham; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Phyllis Seale, and husband, Cletus L. "Clete" Will.
