Charles A. Stiffler's Obituary
Charles A. Stiffler, 71 of Mattoon, formerly of Effingham, passed away at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Palm Terrace of Mattoon.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with Pastor David McConnell officiating. Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery, Effingham. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to time of service, Saturday morning at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
