William T. "Billy" Lidster, Jr., 46 of Effingham, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024 at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2024 at Bauer Funeral Home in Effingham with burial in St. Francis Cemetery in Teutopolis. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to the time of service, Friday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given to the donor's choice.

Billy was born August 20, 1977 in Effingham, the son of William T. "Bill" and Vera Lynne (Zerrusen) Lidster.

He is survived by his mother, Lynne; brothers, Robert (Heather) and Jamie (Amanda); sister, Crystal; nephews, Michael and Elijah, all of Effingham.

Billy was preceded in death by his father; infant sister, Dawn; and his parental and maternal grandparents.
