Betty I. Fulk, 79, of Effingham died at 2:15 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012, at St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital, Effingham.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bauer Funeral Home, Effingham, with burial in Watson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
Betty was born Nov. 9, 1932, in Shelbyville, the daughter of Herbert and Inez (Pease) Gerhardt. She married Loren G. Fulk on Feb. 7, 1962.
She was a pastry chef at Ramada Inn, Effingham, for more than 35 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Vickie L. Mounteer of Watson; grandchildren, Rhonda (Jerry) Probst of Watson and Jackie (Josh) Knight of Collinsville; great-grandchildren, Jacob Probst, Holly Probst and Jordan Knight; brother, Everett (Doris) Gerhardt of Greencastle, Ind.; and half brother, Wally Gerhardt of Effingham.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and son, Alf Robert Goldtrap.
